Evolve & Elevate HR Consulting emerged from a visionary realization by its founder and CEO, Dan Futral. Witnessing the rapid evolution of the workforce outpace many companies' ability to adapt, Dan recognized a critical need for strategic guidance. With a generation of talent poised to exit the workforce, Dan saw an opportunity to revolutionize HR practices. Thus, Evolve & Elevate was born, dedicated to assisting businesses in proactively navigating the shifting landscape. - With a comprehensive grasp of labor laws and negotiation techniques, we adeptly navigate complex employment scenarios and foster productive relationships between employers and employees, ensuring compliance and harmony in the workplace.
- Experienced building in depth training programs / plans and presenting it to teams.
- Lean Six Sigma trainer; well versed in utilizing these principals to streamline your business and reduce waste.
- Over 25 years of leadership experience. Teaching various styles to teams and ensuring they are equipped to handle the quickly changing workforce.
- Federal Law Enforcement investigation trained; can spearhead investigations as a neutral 3rd party or train others how to conduct thorough investigations.
